- We identity and monitor all materials that contain data and sensitive material (hard drives, tapes, disk drives, CD’s) the moment that we pick them up from you.
- All sensitive materials are kept in a secure restricted access data center
- 24 Hour surveillance
- We adhere to the Department of Defense standards of data erasure, using only DOD level, 5220.22-M/NISPOM 8-306, software erase programs
- Offer the option of physically shredding of all hard drives and sensitive media
- Provide customer with a Certificate of Destruction (COD)
- We maintain 3,000,000 dollar liability protection
